Choose a review date while the group is together
The agreement includes an optional next-review date chosen by the table. Set one return point rather than scattering reminders across every topic.
Review open items first
- Check whether the chosen follow-up role brought a proposal.
- Move resolved wording back into its topic.
- Choose a new role or date only when the group still needs the decision.
- Leave “Not discussed yet” visible where no decision exists.
Keep the change log short
For each revision, keep the date, the topic, and the new table-facing wording. The log is not a transcript and should not contain private reasons.
Keep history separate from current wording. The topic section is the current agreement; the change log explains what changed.
