Use three states, not a completion score
Agreed means the shared wording is ready to use. Open means the group still needs a decision, so the agreement also needs a follow-up role and a decide-by date. Not relevant means the topic does not apply to this campaign right now.
Empty is not agreement. If a topic has not been discussed, write “Not discussed yet” and leave a clear next step.
Write the result in table-facing language
Prefer a sentence that someone can follow during play. Avoid a transcript, a vote count, or a list of who raised each concern. The agreement should remain useful when the original conversation is no longer fresh.
Move unresolved choices into one open-item list
- Name the unresolved decision.
- Choose a follow-up role for the next proposal.
- Choose a decide-by date.
- Return the final wording to the relevant topic.
