Purchaser-only contents
The paid ZIP contains the complete four-page fillable PDF, a separate print-checked PDF, and a short use example. Those files are not present in the public web bundle. After an eligible itch.io purchase, the provider delivers them through the purchase access page.
Refund and access handling
A buyer may ask itch.io support about a refund when purchased content cannot be accessed, does not work, or is not accurately represented. Refund processing is controlled by itch.io. Continued purchaser-file access after a refund is not promised. Refunded transactions are excluded from confirmed revenue.
When revenue is considered confirmed
A sale is not treated as confirmed contribution until the transaction is confirmed, is not refunded, and itch.io revenue share, payment processing fees, tax withholding, and refunds have been deducted. Pending and cancelled or refunded transactions are not counted.
